Order confirmation

After fulfilling all necessary steps to make a purchase, although an email message will be sent to you confirming your order, it doesn’t confirm that we agreed to sell you the products or services. We will have to complete additional steps in order to do so. We will have to verify personal credit card information, address, and inventory of goods, availability and delay of fabrication, before confirming the sale. Without further notice, we reserve ourselves, the right to limit the quantities ordered and to refuse any client’s order.

Price policy

When needed, applicable taxes will be added to the total amount of invoice .All the prices listed on the Website are quoted in Canadian funds. They reflect the price used to calculate your invoice. Shipping and handling

Warranties and Returns Policy

We will accept returns, within 30 days of delivery, for the following reasons: We shipped the wrong product, or the products shipped were sent defective or damaged.

Returned product must be in its original packaging and the box must still be intact unless the package was damaged. In order to return a product you will have to contact us to obtain an authorization number. Defective or damaged product

If a product you ordered is shipped damaged or defective, we will assume the S&H costs. The product must be returned to us by the same service and protected against losses and damages.

A customer cannot return a product when its original packing was destroyed. If an article is defective, it will be exchanged for new item and this without extra charge.

In the event that we accept a return shipment, the refund, excluding shipping and transportation charges, will be rapidly applied to your Paypal account, if all return obligations are respected by the customer. A condition applies: it must be return in the same good condition that it was delivered in the first place.

Delivery of goods

When accepted your order will be shipped as soon as possible to the address transmitted to us when you placed your order. Full payment for the items ordered must be confirmed before the items are shipped. The shipping costs and delay will vary accordingly to the service you choose. We highly suggest you buy insurance to cover damages and loss when your order costs exceed 100.00$ CND.
